I was missing those great record label logos that used to be printed on 45rpm singles.... Y'know, those flat things us old folks call records? Anyway, I decided to take one of my black Donna Karan button-ups and make a "vintage record label" shirt. I did Google image searches for the logos and used Avery T-Shirt transfers to strategically place the different logos on the shirt and iron them into place. It kept my busy mind occupied for about 5 hours (which is good these days) and the shirt came out GREAT! I'll send pics...!

i remember adjusting the wine and ivory bakelite record-dropping device that was plugged onto an angular, crooked crome-plated steel spindel which quietly dropped 45's one upon the other until they began to move about and wave the music....and i can remember, before that, placing a large heavy, fragile disk upon the table, rotating at 78rpm.......oh, my god, i can remember the cylinder player at my grandfather's mop shop.......
